Tribal Voices from the Pandemic is a series of panel discussions with Native leaders that is a collaboration between CORE, Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health and Protect the Sacred. This series is designed to amplify Native voices and bring attention to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on Native communities.

As part of the comprehensive review of the federal oil and gas program called for in Executive Order 14008, the Interior Department hosted a virtual forum on Thursday, March 25th. The forum featured several panels, to highlight perspectives from industry representatives, labor and environmental justice organizations, natural resource advocates, and other experts.  Speakers included U.S. Interior Secretary Deb Haaland.

On March 25, 20201, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) joined former U.S. Secretary of Education John King and child welfare advocates for an "Investing in Children" press conference, to discuss how the American Rescue Plan will slash child poverty and create long-term economic opportunities for children across the country.
