KGLP Station Manager Rachel Kaub speaks with the cast and crew of Gallup Rep's upcoming April 2019 murder mystery.
Synopsis: Welcome to the museum and the fascinating lecture on ’Monsters, Murderers and Madmen’ presented by Professor Dirk Carlton, a renowned Egyptologist. As you listen attentively to him tell of his discovery of the Pharaoh Menkaura’s tomb, the slide presentation suddenly goes off, plunging the auditorium into total darkness. A moment later the lights come back on, but someone lies, dead and a priceless jewel has vanished!
With over a dozen suspects, comedic musical numbers, and a limited time to solve the murder, can YOU help the police identify the killer?
Date and Time: Oh Horrors! It's Murder! Will run from Thursday, April 4 to Sunday, April 7. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday's performances start at 7:00 PM and Sunday's performance starts at 6:00 PM.
Tickets: $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 12 and under. On Friday, December 7, 2018, Gallup Repertory Theatre staged the 4th Annual Orson Welles Scripted radio play based on Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol", this time featuring Patrick Moore as Scrooge along with Gallup area community actors of all ages.
